The tastefully furnished house has two apartments.
The big apartment is for 4 persons, has 2 bedrooms with buit-in cupboards, 2 bathrooms (en suite) a cosiliy furnished livingroom with open and very good equipped kitchen and a small storeroom.
You reach the lovely terrace through the livingroom. You will have a wonderful view and a grill is at the guest`s disposal.
The other apartment is for 2 persons (with a child maybe). You will have a bedroom with built-in cupboards and a comfortable bathroom.
The friendly furnished livingroom with open kithen does not leave wishes open. There is a beautiful terrace with view to the lanscape and the pool (11m x 5m), which can be light up in the evening.

The guests in th different apartments can`t diturb eachother because of the conception of the house.
Approx. 2500qm of the property is a garden with beautiful jaws,- eucalyptus,- fig, almond,- olive trees and a lot of flowers. This garden has a speziale charme.
There is a very little grocer in direct nearness (approx. 1.5km), there you can bye bread and rolls every day.
The next restaurant and grocer is in Portelas, ca. 2-3 min. by car or the in Lagos.
Everybody who is interressted in sport has a lot of possibilities in Lagos or Luz: tennis, golf, diving, surfing, riding…
A lot of cultural sights are in direct nearness.

- Final cleaning on Sunday: 80,00 €
- As an extra charge for a fifth Person we charge 10, - € per day.
- In the winter months, we calculate the cost of heating with rate 15, - € per day.
- If there is only one tenant to rent the house, we can charge the heating costs after consumption (20Cent / unit).
- The washing machine can be used for a fee.
- The price includes water and electricity.
- Cleaning 1-2x per 14 days, towels 2 times per week, linen 1x per week.
- In the winter months is only rented 10 days.
- Special rates for long term rentals (more than six weeks prior arrangement).
- If you rent your car through us, we offer very favorable terms.
