The ways are short, the beach is attainable at less than 5 min. on foot, to a supermarket approx. 10 min, to the city centre approx. 10 - 15 min.
The beautiful pool arrangement, is at approximately 2 minutes distance of the house , and is available to the guests of this house with separate children's washbasins, toilets(dresses) and small restaurant free of charge.

These villas are luxury houses in direct nearness of popular beach Meia-Praia. The houses applie more than 4 floors and have a wonderful sea view and panoramic view. The villas are completely and very beautifully furnished.
The houses are famous for the equipment and position and is also very well suitable for families with (small) children.
